• Payment and booking information: transaction status, amount, currency, selected time, booking identifiers and related records. Stripe processes card details directly; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, session information, referral source and campaign parameters.
• Information from third parties: limited information from payment, scheduling, analytics, advertising, CRM, email and social-media providers when you interact with those services.

2. How we use information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and determining whether the Welcome Call is a fit.
• Scheduling, confirming and delivering calls, consulting and advisory services.
• Processing payments, preventing fraud and maintaining transaction records.
• Sending operational messages about forms, bookings, payments, changes or follow-up actions.
• Sending marketing emails only where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law; you may unsubscribe at any time.

• Professional advisers, authorities or counterparties where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including:

• Client and engagement records: during the active relationship and generally up to 3 years afterward.
• Lead and inquiry records: generally up to 2–3 years after the last interaction.
• Analytics records: generally up to 26 months before deletion or anonymization.
• Payment, tax and accounting records: for the period required by applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Some providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international processing.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information, withdraw consent, object to or limit certain processing, and opt out of marketing communications.

California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and receive equal service for exercising privacy rights. The website and services are intended for business owners and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

1. Welcome Call and booking

The Welcome Call is a focused 60 – 90 minute diagnostic session delivered by Zoom for $199 USD unless a different written offer is provided. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and creation of a calendar event. Availability shown before payment is not guaranteed until confirmation.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and business information, attend at the confirmed time, maintain a working internet connection and Zoom access, and avoid sharing confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.

3. Scope and no guaranteed outcome

The Welcome Call and related materials provide operational analysis and general business guidance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, immigration or regulated professional advice. Business outcomes depend on many factors, including your decisions and implementation, and no specific result, revenue increase or timeline is guaranteed.

4. Confidentiality and intellectual property

We treat non-public business information shared during the session as confidential, subject to legal obligations and necessary service providers. Materials, frameworks and templates supplied by us remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may use deliverables internally for your business but may not resell, publish or distribute them without written permission.

5. Acceptable use and availability

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit false or unlawful information, or attempt unauthorized access. We may update, suspend or discontinue site features and may decline or terminate an engagement where information is materially inaccurate, conduct is abusive, or the requested work is unlawful.

6. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Any direct liability related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
